Ordering & Products

1. What materials do you use for your posters?
All our prints are produced on museum-grade matte or semi-glossy paper to ensure exceptional colour accuracy, sharpness, and longevity. The finish is smooth and non-reflective for a premium gallery look.

2. Are the posters framed?
Our posters are sold unframed to give you full control over how you display them. However, all standard sizes fit common frame dimensions for easy styling.

3. What sizes are available?
We currently offer A4, A3, A2, and A1 sizes. Each print is carefully scaled for perfect visual balance regardless of size.

4. Are the prints limited edition?
While most designs are open editions, select collections and collaborations will be limited release — these will be clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

5. Do you ship internationally?
Mostly! We ship to a wide range of places. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all UK orders over £75. For all other destinations, rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

7. How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders typically take 7–14 business days, depending on your region.

8. How are prints packaged?
Each print is rolled carefully in protective tissue and shipped in a reinforced box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Custom Orders

9. Can I request a custom poster?
Absolutely! Visit our Custom Orders page to create your own artwork. You’ll be guided through each step to specify your car, location, lighting, and style preferences.

10. How long do custom orders take?
After placing your order, you’ll receive up to five unique concepts within 5 days. Once approved, your final poster is printed and shipped within 7 business days.

11. Can I make changes after placing a custom order?
Yes, small adjustments (like colour tone or perspective) can be made during the preview stage before final printing. Once approved, production begins and no further changes can be made.

Returns & Support

12. What is your return policy?
As each print is made to order, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

13. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Email hello@esprints.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. A replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

14. Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that time, production may already be in progress.
